Ewa coordinated the Diversity Charter in Poland and the Employee Volunteering Program at Citi, conducted social dialogues and social programs audits. B Market Explorer Poland Project Leader, working with the local B Corp Community and with new companies interested to become B Corps – including B Impact Assessment (BIA). She is also involved in reporting and other sustainability projects. Maria graduated from double BA Foreign Languages and Cultural Studies at the University of Warsaw and Sorbonne Nouvelle, and recently from MA Social Entrepreneurship at Goldsmiths, University of London. Since her teenage years, she has been engaged in social projects. She is also interested in researching conspiracy theories and greenwashing in marketing.
Graduated from BA Media and Sociology at Goldsmiths, University of London. Since then they have subsequently worked in marketing and film production both in London and Warsaw. They’re passionate about topics of diversity and inclusion, LGBTQ+ rights as well as representation of marginalised groups on screen. At Better, Małgorzata manages client programs and projects.
For the past 5 years, she has been involved in projects covering a wide range of topics – from administrative to environmental and policy issues. In the WWF Poland Foundation, she was responsible for organizing political debates with parliamentary candidates, which aimed to emphasize the importance of the problems of environmental degradation and the need to include remedial actions in the plans of politicians. She was also responsible for the information and advertising campaigns in the media, including Gazeta Wyborcza. Graduated in biotechnology and environmental protection. Thanks to her diversified experience, she takes the position of Life Guard at Better.
A psychology graduate at the Jagiellonian University and Service Design graduate at the SWPS. Passionate about social innovation, design and intercultural diversity. Coordinator of social and business projects. For several years involved in the management of European student projects in the European Student Forum “AEGEE Krakow”. Co-creator and coordinator of the Polish edition of the international “Innovators under 35” competition organized by the MIT Technology Review magazine, dedicated to social innovators. She managed educational and promotional projects, designed training courses, trained teachers and students in the social startup “Exempt from Theory”. At Better, she is the editor of the CR Navigator Resilience magazine and is responsible for communication projects.
Between 2005–2015 he was Director of Promotion, Economy and International Cooperation Department of the Marshal Office of the Silesian Voivodeship, responsible for the creation and implementation of the “Śląskie. Positive energy” marketing communication strategy, the Industrial Monuments Route and its festival INDUSTRIADA. He supervised several promotional campaigns and marketing events on a regional, national and international scale. He was responsible for the communication of the “Śląskie. Positive energy” brand during the Shanghai World EXPO Exhibition. Coordinator of three editions of the international project “Twinning of sites” organized by the European Route of Industrial Heritage. His projects won numerous awards, among others: SYBILLA, EFFIE AWARDS, Golden Arrow, Kreatura, Złoty Spinacz, Śląska Rzecz.

Social Anthropologist working in tandem with her business partners to deliver strategies with true cultural and social resonance. She began her sustainability journey 15 years ago in the fashion industry. Her learnings from fashion, coupled with a background in copywriting and brand building has moulded her strong perspective on modern sustainable thinking. Through events, talks and seminars, she seeks to raise awareness around sustainable living, community action and, specifically, consumer behaviour.
