We helped Żywiec define its brand purpose, maximizing its social, environmental and business impact. The opportunity areas for the brand and specific commitments to be taken up by Żywiec were indentified in the course of a customized strategic process. As a result of our recommendations, Grupa Żywiec has created a campaign and the program Give the Bottle a Second Ż (Life). As part of this program, Żywiec ran the Wielka Zwrotka Ż multichannel campaign. |
CO-DESIGN OF A WORKSHOP TOOL FOR IKEA GLOBAL

We created a universal global tool for running workshops, facilitating development of local solutions supporting the fight against the climate crisis. As part of the program, local IKEA centers adapt their displays and the product range to educate and engage consumers to take action against climate change. Local partnerships are also created for this purpose. |

COMMUNITY CENTERED DESIGN
We conducted social research and an in-depth analysis of the local communities’ expectations towards KGHM, co-designed the solutions, securing a legally binding agreement for sustainable development of the community around KGHM, and continued to manage stakeholder relations. |
SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMME

We created strategic guidelines for the Give Your Community a Boost social engagement program, and developed the mechanics of the related grant competition. We operated the program, ran its communications, oversaw the recruitment phase, including the pre-selection of the applicants, and collected and analysed the data to measure the social impact of the program. |
